Based on your needs, TelServ will work directly with each of our carrier partners to obtain pricing and will then present you with a thorough cost comparison. Once you’ve made your decision, TelServ NJ will work with your preferred carrier(s) to procure and install the communications services.


Is there a fee for your services?

There is no risk, fee, or cost to you. TelServ is compensated by the carriers we represent.


What carriers do you offer?

TelServ represents all major providers in the voice, data, and Internet industries. We also hold agreements with dozens of second and third tier providers, and our carrier partners continues to grow.


What do I risk by not dealing directly with the carrier?

There is no risk to you at all. Once you select your carrier and service, you become a direct customer of that carrier with all of the associated benefits including customer service, implementation specialists, and billing specialists. TelServ will continue to act as your advocate, ensuring your ongoing satisfaction with each carrier and will help guide you through the process each and every step of the way.


Can I deal with more than one carrier?

Will changing my service result in expense and downtime for my business?

No. Most changes are completely transparent to you and result in immediate cost savings.
